Cryo ball valves are specially adapted for use with cryogenic media. The Cryo extension prevents the shaft from freezing; the standard degassing bore reduces the dead space of the valve and, even when the medium is expanded, ensures trouble-free operation. Specially shaped sealing cups reduce the torque of the valve in the low-temperature range.
